If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
dptcay provides a cryptocurrency payment gateway and developer API that enables businesses and developers to accept, process, and manage digital asset transactions. The service is provided on an 'as available' basis. dptcay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to access dptcay's services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, credentials, and account information. You agree to notify dptcay immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account. dptcay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
All fees for dptcay's services are outlined on the Pricing page and are charged in accordance with the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated or required by law. dptcay reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to registered users.
Your use of the dptcay API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined in your subscription plan. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the API. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access without refund.
All content, code, documentation, trademarks, and materials associated with dptcay are the exclusive property of dptcay and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API solely for the purposes described in the documentation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
You agree not to use dptcay's services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable regulations. You must not use the service to process transactions for prohibited businesses or jurisdictions as defined in our compliance policy. Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
dptcay may require identity verification (KYC) to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and other regulatory obligations. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested and to keep that information current. Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access to the service.
dptcay's services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. dptcay does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and dptcay makes no representations about the value or stability of any digital asset.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dptcay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. dptcay's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
dptcay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and you remain liable for any outstanding fees. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
dptcay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
